More Product Info

A fire you can see from two sides of the room. Quick Facts • Viewing Area: Approx. 78¾” of glass wrapping the right corner, 21 5/8″ tall. • Fuel: Natural gas; propane conversion available. • Controls: Remote with thermostat and programmable settings; app control optional. Who It’s For A flat fireplace faces one direction, so in an open floor plan half the seating looks at the side of a cabinet instead of the flame. You need a fire you can see from two sides of the room . If you’re building or remodeling and want the fireplace to anchor the whole space, not just one wall, the Ortal Corner Right Side 77H is the one. Choose a standard flat unit instead and the fire disappears the moment you step around the corner. What Makes It Special The glass turns the corner, so the fire is visible from two directions at once . It builds into a framed wall during construction or a remodel, and Ortal’s frameless European design lets your tile or stone run right to the edge of the glass—the fire reads as part of the wall, not an appliance set into it. Ortal’s passive cool wall technology keeps the wall above the unit cool enough that you can hang a TV or artwork directly above the fire . This is the high-glass version, with a fire nearly two feet tall, and it comes with dimmable interior lighting included —so the logs glow on a summer evening even when the flame is off. Possible Downsides • It won’t run during a power outage. The lighting and double-glass systems require household power through an AC adapter. • This is the right-side corner only. If your room opens to the left, look at the left-side version of the 77H. • The black reflective interior is an add-on, not included with the base unit. If you want a fire that anchors two sides of the room instead of one wall, the Corner Right Side 77H is the right decision. The corner you used to fill with a plant becomes the spot everyone faces. It comes with your choice of five included log sets—standard, weathered driftwood, refractory clay, and short or long English logs—plus bonfire, campfire, aspen, charred-branch, and single-branch media as add-ons, a protective mesh screen or double glass front, an optional black reflective interior, and a propane conversion.
