Pre-built island packages are expensive, and most homeowners have a contractor or a landscaper build the island anyway. So we sell the components: grill heads, side burners, access doors, drawers, and refrigeration.
The part that goes wrong is the plan. Cutouts, clearances, and the gas run have to be settled before the masonry or the framing starts, so we spec them up front and hand your builder a list.
