American Fyre Designs Reclaimed Wood Cosmopolitan Rectangle Gas Fire Pit

A reclaimed-wood table, a real fire, and no worry about leaving it out in the rain. Quick Facts • Heating Capacity: Outdoor fire for ambiance and warmth around the table, not a rated heating area. • Viewing Area: 24″ linear flame down the center of the table. • Fuel: Natural gas or propane; a standard 5-gallon propane tank hides inside the base. • Controls: Match lit standard, with an optional phone-app upgrade (requires household power). • Fan: None—open outdoor fire. Who It’s For A fire pit warms the patio, but it rarely matches the furniture—and a real wood table can’t sit out in the weather, much less hold a flame. You need a piece that looks like furniture and wears like stone . If you want your seating area anchored by something that reads as a reclaimed barnwood coffee table until the fire comes on , the Reclaimed Wood Cosmopolitan Rectangle is it. Choose a plain concrete fire pit instead and you get the warmth without the look. What Makes It Special The top looks like reclaimed French Barrel Oak or weathered Silver Pine, but it’s cast in glass fiber reinforced concrete —the same handcrafted material as the rest of the table, built to withstand the outdoor elements. You get the barnwood look without sanding, sealing, or dragging it inside every fall. It also earns its keep as a table. The propane version hides a 5-gallon tank inside the base , so there’s no hose snaking to a tank beside the couch, and the flame height adjusts down for comfortable dining. Add the optional FyreStarter upgrade and you run the fire from your phone—or at the table—with two USB ports for charging phones outside . Possible Downsides • The base comes in Black Lava only; if you want a lighter or matching concrete base, look at the standard Cosmopolitan Rectangle, which offers the full range of finishes. • The phone-app control requires household power run to the table; without the upgrade, the burner is match lit. • The propane tank is not included. If you want the fire table to read as furniture first and fire feature second, the Reclaimed Wood Cosmopolitan Rectangle is the right decision. The patio becomes the room everyone ends up in. The top comes in French Barrel Oak or Silver Pine, and the burner can be dressed in Fyre Glass, Reflective Fyre Glass, Fyre Gems, Diamond Nuggets, creekstones, river rock, lava media, Fyre Spheres, or a log set like Campfyre or Beachwood.
