More Product Info

A fire that looks real, sounds real, and needs no chimney. Quick Facts • Heating Capacity: 250–500 sq ft • Fuel: Electric. • Controls: Remote with thermostat and 7-day schedule included; Napoleon Home app and voice control through Google Home and Alexa; wall-mount controller optional. • Fan: Included Who It’s For Most electric fireplaces give themselves away in a few seconds—a flat flame on a loop, the same flicker no matter how long you watch. You need an electric fire that can pass for the real thing. If the fire is going in a room where gas or wood was never an option—a condo, a bedroom, a home office—or you’re framing a wall now and want to decide on fuel later, this is the one to look at. Pick a standard electric and you get a moving picture; pick the Elevation X Electric and guests have to look twice to be sure . What Makes It Special The flame isn’t an animation. Napoleon captured the wood and gas fire visuals from its gas Elevation X and plays them on an LCD rear panel behind layered flame technology, so the fire has depth and grows from front to back and side to middle, the way a real fire does . From the couch, you’re watching a fire, not a screen. Sound finishes the illusion. Built-in speakers play crackling matched to each flame pattern over a glowing split oak log set and a modulating ember bed, and the flames run with or without the heat, so the fire is worth turning on in July. It also hedges your remodel. The Elevation X Electric uses the same rough framing as Napoleon’s Elevation gas fireplaces , so you can frame the wall now and choose your fuel later. Plug it into a standard outlet, or hardwire it for twice the warmth, with an ECO mode that runs at half heat and a BOOST mode for when you want the room warm fast. Possible Downsides • Full heat requires a hardwired 240V circuit. On a standard 120V outlet, it warms about half the area. • It warms the room it’s in, not the house. If you want a heater for a larger zone, the gas Elevation X uses the same framing. • The wall-mount controller is optional. The handheld remote is what comes in the box. If you want a fire that reads as real in a room where a chimney was never possible, the Elevation X Electric is the right decision. The room it’s in becomes the room the house lives in. Choose from three LCD visuals—gas flames with reflective panels, wood flames with herringbone panels, or a log set with no flame—plus five ember bed colors, 13 top light colors, and an included finishing flange and adjustable trim to match the finish of the room you already have.
